Refund and Returns Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing eligible products online have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven).

For products covered by the right of withdrawal, you must notify HG Creations that you wish to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless otherwise required by law.

Returned products must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notified us of your withdrawal.

You may inspect the product in the same way as you reasonably would in a physical store. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value in accordance with applicable law.

Personalized and Custom Products

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where an exemption under applicable law applies, including products manufactured according to the customer's specifications or products that have been given a clearly personal character.

This may include, for example, products containing customer-selected names, text, dimensions, designs, or other individual customization.

Selecting a standard option offered by HG Creations, such as a standard colour, does not by itself necessarily make a product personalized or custom for the purposes of the statutory withdrawal exemption.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your product is defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact HG Creations as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue.

Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs or other information that helps us assess the issue.

Where HG Creations is responsible for a defect or incorrect delivery, the matter will be handled in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven).

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Order Cancellations

HG Creations does not offer a separate voluntary cancellation right once an order has entered processing or production.

If you contact us before processing or production has begun, we may be able to cancel the order at our discretion.

This does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to the purchase.

Returns

Before sending a product back, please contact HG Creations so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Products should be securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

Do not send returns to HG Creations without first obtaining the appropriate return information.
